Non-fungible tokens

Innovation is at the heart of our development philosophy. We recently completed a property transaction in Fulham South Australia, with a related local photographer and certificate of title within an NFT transferred as part of the sale. We believe tokenisation will have a much bigger role to play in the future, and whilst this is the first transaction of its type in Australia (as far as we know) it certainly won’t be the last. We wish the new owners all the best in building their new home!
